Short but sweet....the world does not listen to you.  Do not lose sleep over this.  Do not go Wayne Dyer on me (I do like him though).  The world does not listen to you because once you try to give it instructions it is already too late and the moment has passed you by.

What Now?

Listen to the world every moment you're in it.  Smell it.  Taste it.  Feel it.  Write about it.  Just be in it.  Enjoy it because is there really any place better to be?

Do some dishes and watch the bubbles.

Go for a drive without your cell phone.

Chew your food more than three times.

Sit and think for a moment.

Sit.

Be.
