I have been thinking about my "Olympic" list. These are the things I would be willing to practice my entire life in order to have an opportunity at greatness.
#1 Building A Shadow Of Happiness
To me, this starts with a choice. Crap happens every day. I think the happiest people know how to control their thoughts and perceptions to create this happiness trailer. I can't imagine ever being perfect at this practice, but each step forward could yield exponential results.
Training
I will attempt to freak people out as I handle situations with pure thought. I will reflect negativity with pure thought. Even when I am unsuccessful, I will be successful. Just me and my shadow. As cliche as it sounds I think the Buddha had it right.
Peace.
